This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all services provided by our digital marketing agency. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Digital Marketing Services
Our digital marketing agency provides professional services including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. Because these are custom services tailored to your business, refunds are limited as described below.
30-Day Satisfaction Period
For new clients, we offer a 30-day satisfaction period from your first payment date. If you are not completely satisfied with our initial strategy, communication, or early results, you may request a refund of your first month's fee. No questions asked.
Monthly Subscription Refunds
Monthly service fees are billed in advance. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-month, services will continue through the paid period, but no refund will be issued for unused days.
Setup and Onboarding Fees
One-time setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable. These cover the initial work including account creation, strategy development, and technical setup performed by our digital marketing agency.
Ad Spend Refunds
Any advertising budget (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) paid on your behalf is non-refundable. Once ad spend is deployed to advertising platforms, those funds cannot be returned by our digital marketing agency.
Cancellation Process
To request a refund or cancel services:
- Send written notice to billing@digitalgenie.pro
- Include your full name, business name, and reason for refund request
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to original payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After 30 days of service delivery
- When work has been completed and delivered as agreed
- If you failed to provide necessary access or information
- For results-related dissatisfaction (we do not guarantee specific outcomes)
- If you violated our Terms & Conditions
Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund is warranted outside this policy, please contact our digital marketing agency directly at disputes@digitalgenie.pro. We will review your case within 10 business days and work toward a fair resolution.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our digital marketing agency to resolve the issue, we may suspend your services and pursue collection of outstanding fees. Please contact us first with any billing concerns.
Changes to This Policy
Our digital marketing agency reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Services purchased before changes are governed by the policy in effect at purchase time.
